  • 2 Ripe avocado Mashed
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 5 cloves garlic Pressed
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 dash Pink Himalayan salt


  • Mash avocado in bowl. Mash or press garlic and add to avocado. Add lemon juice, salt, and MCT oil. Mix well and enjoy immediately or cover tightly and let the flavours blend.
